St Edmund’s opened its doors to visitors and prospective students to a taste of the St Edmund’s learning environment and to see the caring and nurturing Catholic atmosphere we share.  Our classrooms were bursting with lots of activities; there was so much for everyone to enjoy and there was even a treasure hunt for the children.

Many of our students were tour guides and many of our visitors commented on how knowledgeable, confident, polite and skillful they were.  They really did convey the best of the unity of our school and especially the Gospel values of service and love.

The winners of the Treasure Hunt were Rowan Ridley and Lauryn Bernard. They have each won a copy of the Guinness Book of Records Book.  Rowan, from Uplands Junior School said, “I didn’t realise this school was so amazing.  I can’t wait to come, I want to come now”.
If you missed our Open Evening and would like to visit, we are holding another Open Morning at 9.15 – 10.45 am on Wednesday 12th October.  We look forward to seeing you.
