Lord, I’d like to make this Advent

something really special,

something really good.

 

I’d like to start afresh with you,

make a complete new beginning,

make my life more pleasing to you.

 

I’d like to feel more at home,

closer,

more friends with you.

 

Lord help me begin today

to open the door of my heart to you.
