On 8th July, Year 9 students gathered for their final achievement assembly, a momentous event dedicated to recognising the exceptional efforts of pupils who have exceeded expectations both in and out of the classroom. The assembly was a testament to the hard work, dedication and talent that the students have showcased throughout the year.
The assembly was filled with pride and excitement as numerous pupils received awards for their remarkable achievements. These awards not only celebrated academic excellence but also acknowledged the contributions students have made in extracurricular activities, demonstrating their well-rounded capabilities.
As a token of appreciation and celebration, the award recipients were given a special invitation to an ice cream party the following day. this delightful treat was a perfect way to bring everyone together, enjoying a sweet reward for their hard work and accomplishments.
Among the many talented students, two individuals stood out for their exceptional contributions and dedication. A special shoutout goes to Katie R and Frankie L-B, who were honoured with the Head of Year Award and Assistant Head of Year Award, respectively. Their commitment, leadership and excellence have set a high standard for their peers and have been a source of inspiration for the entire Year 9 community.
