This week is national Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme of this year’s Mental Health Foundation campaign is kindness. The campaign seeks to highlight the positive impact that acts of kindness, both large and small, can have on people’s mental health and wellbeing. It is important that we are kind to ourselves as well as others.

Please look at the 7 days of kindness calendar and try and do both acts of kindness for each day, one for others and one for yourself.
